Had a great experience in this place with my son. The food comes fast and the customer service is just fantastic. Prices are reasonable.

I have been ordering pizzas regularly from the pizza hut on Bath road, not only are the pizzas delicious, but the young lady who always seem to serve us- Nafeesa is always cheerful and helpful, showing us the best deals. Khizar and Nafeesa were again an example of great customer servicing this evening when I visited to order our saturday night treat.Thank you both

Pizza is always ready before time

Worst pizza hut with really bad service, ordered pizza and took 1 - 2 hours.

Deep pan pizza was ok. Ordered half veg and half cheese n tomato and a pepperoni feast. For some reason the pepperoni feast didnt come as a deep pan. Slightly disappointed by that as we only order once in a blue moon and was expecting deep pan. Order came late too but weekends are busy so I understand that. Maybe a call from the restaurant or a online function similar to uber eats where you can see how far away your order is?

I ordered a veggie pizza and got told the pizza will be delivered in 45 minutes. After 1.15min I called the store as I was frustrated and spoke to the staff who instead of listening to me put the phone down on me. Out of frustration I canx the order. So I wouldn't rate it good because of customer service..

Always late,staff are dismissive and rude. 2.5 hours for a pizza that was incorrect when it arrived

The best service ever. The order was very quick and efficient. Can’t describe how fast the delivery came and what a wonderful service from a delivery man! Enthusiastic, communicable! So sad we didn’t ask his name that could mention over here! But he did mixed our doors to other😄 things happen but a very funny experience!😄 Hopefully he will remember us. We ordered pizza like 7:10pm the delivery man was by our door by 49past! The pizza was very hot and the order was as we ordered-accurate. You can’t compare customer service to any other pizzeria!

Pizza has next to no topping on it really bad I have told them in many occasions that the pizza is always soggy or not cooked well take no notice bad place to get food

Good, but the desserts was very small when it arrived.

Ordered a small pizza, came 2 hours later with wrong drinks and sides. Everything was cold and potato wedges were soggy and disgusting. Would give a zero star rating if possible

Waited over 2 hours for pizza!!! Forget it. Better off going to Waitrose and getting a pizza, rather then getting some illegal immigrant in a clapped out old Datsun to deliver the pizza. Numpties!!
